I called and left a message for a specific specialist in regard to making an appointment. Four business days later I received a call back from a front desk associate. She confirmed that my insurance was accepted, however, additional questions regarding my insurance were not answered. I asked how far out scheduling was for an evaluation, and instead was told I could be put on a wait list if a time slot opened up. Good listeners, very empathetic, not afraid to tell you if you're in your head, which I find valuable. It's about the courage to accept your faults in order to better yourself and move forward!

This review is not for the services provided but for the cleanliness of the place. When you walk into the waiting room there's trash all over the floor the windows have a hazy film on them cobwebs all in the corners you'd think this place would take a little pride and run a vacuum cleaner once in a while and maybe spray an air freshener.
