Last week Blue Ridge Propane, in the middle of below freezing weather, let our propane tank run out. I called Highland Propane and we had propane with 30 minutes. They also changed out the 16 year old gauge to a new gauge that alerts Highland when we are getting close to needing gas, how much we are using and if there is any surge that means a leak. Highland also charges about 15% less. Blue Ridge’s service has been shameful.
Called after hours 10 minutes ago and they were here 5 minutes later. Outstanding service both in the field and office. Will continue to recommend these guys to everyone! Thank you guys!

Wish there was a 0 or a negative option. I had the great misfortune to need to use this propane company based on my location, no other choice. I bought a house with an electric mini split which doesn’t heat the house. I asked BRP for a quote for propane heat to be installed, I asked about wall units but was open to options. Can’t get consistent deliveries, I ask several times to keep my deliveries consistent so I don’t run out or have a huge bill, they just can’t seem to get it right, I’ve called every year about same issues for 3 years, nothing has changed. And it does seem to bother them when you call.
