Blue Ridge really helped me out by fixing my fireplace. They worked with the manufacturer to diagnose the problem and even got the part replaced for free. This was after the original installer (Fireplace place in Fairfield) completely dropped the ball and didn't call me back after multiple attempts over 6 months. I finally got my fireplace back. Very friendly and helpful - I recommend them.
