The plumber they sent ("their #1guy") didn't know how to fix our water heater. He ordered parts from the east coast, piece by piece trying to figure out what was wrong with the w.h. He never asked the company that makes the w.h. what the problem may be nor did he trouble shoot the problem, he just guessed.
