Why have a phone if you never answer it?? Very unprofessional staff. Will be going somewhere else.
Dr Blattner, Katrina Parks, and Joy Creed all are fantastic! The staff are always helpful and kind!!
Please understand this complaint is not with Doctor Carlos Blattner...the man is very professional...But the employee JULIE (who refused to give her last name) working the front desk is extremely rude and quickly given to confrontation. This woman quickly escalated to high level confrontation and sought in my opinion the escalation...Only God Almighty is my witness regarding the dialog between this woman and myself and he will judge ultimately.
