Terrible office. I was not heard, and it caused MANY complications to my pregnancy and baby. They are refusing to release my medical records to my new OB. My last two pregnancies prior were in North Carolina. This pregnancy I told one of the nurse practitioners I knew my iron levels were low, because this has happened with my other pregnancies, and I had to get iron infusions. Dr Blattner, Katrina Parks, and Joy Creed all are fantastic! The staff are always helpful and kind!!
Please understand this complaint is not with Doctor Carlos Blattner...the man is very professional...But the employee JULIE (who refused to give her last name) working the front desk is extremely rude and quickly given to confrontation. This woman quickly escalated to high level confrontation and sought in my opinion the escalation...Only God Almighty is my witness regarding the dialog between this woman and myself and he will judge ultimately.
