RecommendedMy baby Phoebe (German Shepherd puppy) has been well taken care of here! They did her wellness exam, microchip, trimmed her nails and gave her a rabies shot and she’s doing well now except for the fact that she tries to eat me regularly lol!
RecommendedBlue Ridge got us in quickly and was professional and compassionate to a couple of out of town visitors dealing with what was a traumatic event for any pet owner today. Thank you to all the staff - Dr Howey in particular- and to the clients who had to be rescheduled while our beloved Milo went in for emergency surgery. We know full well the chaos and confusion a visit like ours can cause and while we are heartbroken we are also grateful for the kindness, compassion and professionalism we were shown.
Our experience was unsatisfactory. Intake had to be done twice because they lost the first. Stitches were poorly done leaving protrusion, billed for meds we never got, given a cone for a large dog (ours is small), no follow up call as promised.
RecommendedOur dog had what we thought was a possible ear infection or foreign body in her ear and we had tried treating at home with anything we could find to keep her comfortable because she just had a litter of puppies and didn’t want to separate them to take her to the vet. Once the puppies all found homes we called for an appointment and they were able to get us in the same day. They were friendly, professional and so incredibly well priced. RecommendedThey have taken care of my pets for 15 years. They have always been extremely helpful with my pets' needs. From exams to end of life. They really care about my feelings and are very honest about the range of treatments available. I have total trust in all the veterinarians and I appreciate how honest they are with me.
RecommendedDr Kelly Burke did all she could for my boy Motley. She answered all my questions and came up with a treatment plan that worked with my budget. I believe he will get better maybe by the morning.
