We had our first visit (and orthodontic experience) at the Brevard office yesterday. Appointment scheduling ahead of time was very easy with the online option. Check in went smoothly once we arrived. Every staff member that we came in contact with treated us so well. The consultation turned into actual braces application. Things happened quickly. Friendly staff. All the dentists have been very helpful to help me with the best plan for my dental needs. Cassidy is great and super friendly and helpful.
Had my follow up after my first set of Invisalign trays. We discussed my goals for the next step. It was so refreshing not to feel rushed. It was a great experience…my concerns were addressed and my questions answered. I am super happy with my results to date and excited for my next set of trays
The entire staff is informative, friendly. They keep you up-to-date with what needs to be done and what they’re doing at the time which is very comforting when you’re a patient
