I came to Blue Ridge today on the recommendation of a friend who goes to the Durant location. I was a new patient and the minute I walked through the door I was immediately greeted. Granted we were all wearing masks but I felt her smile. Everyone was just so lovely from front desk to Medical Assistants to Ms. Robertson, NP who I saw. She was just great! She took her time with me, listened to me, and empathized with me. Coming to the obgyn isn't typically a pleasurable experience, but everyone there made it one.
Horrible. For the last 7 years I have been a patient, only come once a year for my annual. So again I was a patient for 7 YEARS. The check nurse all the regular questions...but more..more like I was a new patient that the did not have any information on...how many kids, live births, etc....My daughter, my first child, who passed away birthday was the day before this appt...these questions made me upset, I am trying to handle loss and grief...she apologizes and says they haveva new record keeping system.. I haven’t had the baby yet, so maybe that will change my mind, but this place is so disorganized. I have yet have a smooth appointment (where I wasn’t waiting over 20minutes or they hadn’t scheduled the wrong time). They kinda need to get it together. Doctors are generally nice.
