We have had all positive experiences with this medical group.....from the medical assistants, to the Physician's Assistant, to the surgeon, Dr. Smith. He met with us quickly, took care of my husband's tumor, and the follow-up visits have been terrific. Great communication as well. When we have a question or concern, I email them and they respond quickly.

Accompanied our son on a visit here on 5/10/2019. After a 2 hour wait, we spent about 20 minutes with a doctor who decided our son’s lumbar tear and potential SI joint issues could be treated by pain management. Today, 7/12/2019, I stopped by the Blue Ridge office to see why we haven’t heard anything from pain management. As it turns out, the Blue Ridge staff never made the referral.

Not at all. I have never had such a problem just trying to get them to schedule a ct and then an appointment. This is completely ridiculous. They are hindering my dads therapy because they are not doing their job. I would never ever choose this office!!! I’ve never heard of an office that doesn’t want to schedule for you!!!!! I wish I knew what to do to get it scheduled. It’s so frustrating

I have been a nurse for 29 years and have a Master Degree in Nursing. I had back surgery 4 years ago by this doctor and he was a nice man. Not sure what happened to this doctor to change the way he treats people but Ken Smith was rude and arrogant to me. I have never been treated so poorly as a patient. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He has forgotten that patients pay him. My advice is go somewhere else. He talked to me terrible, for no reason.

Staff is awful. Showed for 9:30 appt at 9:10, at 11:00 still waiting in exam room and no one gave me any explanation as to why doctor had not been in. If the doctor is no more concerned for patients than to allow the staff to just ignore the patients, then I don't need that doctor. My time is valuable too. It would have been different if someone had enlightened me to the reason I had waited 1.5 hours in exam room to see no one. But it didnt happen. And when I walked out and advised I was leaving I would find another doctor, ... read more
