The plumber that finally arrived after much delay was very dirty and smelled. He complained constantly that he was overworked, and that everyone in his company had quit, and he was covering all the jobs. He looked at my plumbing, which was the outside pipes under my sink, which told him nothing and I could tell he did not want to work that day. We were sent to Blue Ridge Mtn Plumbing via American Home Shield (another sore topic) for a broken water pump. They came and quoted us Monday 5/24/21. It has officially been 7 days with out functioning water and we have yet to hear back from Blue Ridge Mtn Plumbing (we have called, left messages, emailed and no response). My partner has a medical condition and has been hospitalized due to kidney failure before on top of having a small child at home whom is dehydrated since we have no running water...

On 3/11/21 American Home Shield Home Warranty assigned Blue Ridge Mountain Plumbing when i called for a sink stoppage. They texted me right away asked what the issue was. I told them the Kitchen sink was stopped up and not going down. He said his next available day would be Tuesday the 16th. I said you can't come any sooner they are unable to wash dishes or anything. In December 2020 they were referred by American Home Shield to repair/replace my hot water heater. They came out December 9th and replaced the water heater. In the process they damaged my floor. They said they would replace the floor due to the damage. I've been trying to get that done ever since (a year now) and am still fighting to get them to do this.
