Dixon construction which is this place. I’ve had to rescrew deck boards, fix faucets, fix floor, regrade the entirety of the back yard because it was a huge pond so to speak, that flooded crawl space, constant moisture from leaking joints where half of the pipes weren’t glued, left trees with half dug out root balls, did not install gutters which has caused huge issues, water seeping in back door rotting a less than year old floor, did not install well side shut off for water source, did not install house filter which ruined... read more
