Thank you so much for quick response,,After hearing a Loud explosion this morning I assumed it was a transformer , what I did not do was report it I thought well the neighbors got it ,I don't have power they probley don't either , blew it off, how ever I did have things to do so I left home ,only to return 4 or 5 hrs later ,no power. Can not get anyone to answer the phone wow
I've been with BREMC for 3 years and have never had a late payment. We recently moved to another location and transferred our service with them. Per the agent I spoke with, we simply needed to take our modem, hook it up and everything would be switched over. The electric would switch as well. I was never told that I would need to add my "new" account to my portal. I recently received a past due bill and called to inquire about it, as I never skipped a payment. We sold our RV on the 20th and they automatically debited our account with out our authorization. Now they won't give it back!!
