I called to have fiber installed on July 8th for my home that was under construction at the time. Both the power and fiber lines were run from the pole, buried and connected to the house that week (July 10th), and I was told it would be 8 to 10 weeks from the 11th for the splicers to complete the connection, and THEN the installation (or provisioning the line inside) would be scheduled. The phone system MUST be improved. I called the ONLY number I found and the voice sounds like they talking from inside a pipe!!!! I can not understand the voice - MUST BE ANOTHER AI voice. I would think that Reporting Power Outage would be #1 on their phone options.....reporting power outage is NOT EVEN AN OPTION
I can’t put into words how much I appreciate this company!!! Anytime my power goes out, which is rare, they have it back up in a jiffy!!! Your crew got everything up and running shortly after arriving here!!! Thank you and God Bless!!!
