They had a 5 review from me many years ago...not been happy in more recent years.(See way below) I do eldercare in people's homes...they turned off the power in one of my lady's house in 16 degree weather and she was on O2 because her card on file had expired. Luckily when I got there at 3 I called and was able to pay the bill with much difficulty because I didn't know the secret password and last 4 of her ssn. I read all these negative reviews for internet. Seems people don't know anything about internet. Although I have had some issues they have been FANTASTIC and right on top of issues immediately. I give them lots of credit for the GREAT service thank you

Absolute TRASH internet! Our company just had internet set up for our home and I have not seen this slow of speeds in many, many years. It caps at 100 mbps, but is anywhere from single digits up to 100. I thought, surely something is wrong. Apparently, they offer 100 mbps. Prices are really high too for what you get (ain't no Spectrum OR ATT). I'm going to have to talk to my company. I can not believe in 2025 that ANY fiber internet company is even thinking of offering plans from 100 mbps. Insane.
Insofar as the staff, they have been great, and good customer response when storms knock out the power. But, I have to downgrade my previous review from a 5 down to 1. I have fiberoptics with BREMC, when it first came out in 2017, hardly anyone was on it in my area, and it was lightening fast. This changed during COVID and throughtout the years, I get sporadic internet. It's horrible.
