I would give zero stars if possible. For 2 months, we have been without the internet service we are paying for. Our A/C, our TV, and my husband’s ability to work from home business all depend upon having WiFi available but we have been without service for 2 months now. We have called repeatedly for service and for help with no success. This company has TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE service and zero accountability. Total lack of communication on the company’s end. Shame on them.
I have been without internet for 2 months. I was told that the issue was on my end but after installing a new WiFi router I still have no signal, and it is clear it is not an issue on my end. I have been calling about his issue since July. Today (9/4/26) I waited for a technician to come until 7pm. I was told that they came by today. I was home but on my back porch. We have not been able to enjoy our pool for several years due to a shocking issue that could not be solved. Colton Payne came out and explained what would need to be done to stop the shocking. It turns out it was not an issue with EMC, but Colton was able to tell us what we needed to do to correct the problem. He came out three times to follow up and test the water after our awesome pool guy did the work recommended by Colton. He is highly knowledgeable and wants to help you!!! Thank you Colton so very much!
Electric has been out for 4 hrs. No notice can’t get through to anyone on phone
Service is great if it stays on. It's goes out everytime it rain.
