2 years a ago almost to the day I got my Jeep serviced by this business. I have a 2005 Jeep Wrangler 2 door unlimited that I had another business put a lift kit on and after had a wobble. I chose this shop because I figured they would be experts. Owner told me parts should be in within the next week. I decided to leave my jeep (I lived in Eggleston and was driving to Salem) and would return the next week. Was trying to get lift kit for my truck and we finally agreed on kit that would fit my truck. He said I have to pay for the kit up front so they can order the kit. And I did .About a month past and no lift kit ever came in. The other part owner of the business said he was taking your money and not ever ordered anything. Now I'm out about 4k. The new owner says we don't know if you will get your money back. UPDATE; Update it's been 3 months now and I have not heard a word from them/ Update #2 Still haven't heard anything yet ... read more

Owner wrecked my car in August and has yet to get it fixed for me. Thanks a bunch. Guess I'll have to see yall in court. You can't just back a customers vehicle up in to a truck and not fix it for them. Get it together please!
