Highly Recommend!! Top notch service. We live fulltime in our travel trailer. We had hot water heater issues, water pump leak issue, and our slide was way off track. Robert came out on a Sunday and all issues fixed within 2 hours. If we had used Camping World, we would have dropped it off over 70 miles away, and they said 2-3 weeks to fix. Very professional and polite. Offered suggestions where needed. Answered any questions and willing to help us in anyway. Might I add the cost was VERY reasonable.

I called David regarding a heating issue that I was having with my 5th wheel rv. He responded and arrived in less than 2 hours. He did a great job finding the issue, diagnosing the issue having a falty convertor. He didn't have one on hand but was able to get one one the following morning since it was late in the day. He installed it it quickly and looked over my rv offering advice on winterizing and other things to keep an eye on. His prices were very reasonable and his services were exceptional. My slide on my fifth wheel was stuck out and I was leaving the next day for a two week vacation. I called Blue Ridge Mobile and I was hoping someone could come out that week so I could at least get a partial vacation. I called and left a message and within 30 minutes I got a call back and he came out within an hour and got my slide fixed. Not only is he fast, and excellent at his job, he is very friendly and polite. If I have anymore problems Blue Ridge Mobile will be the one I call. Thank you so much!!

While at the Salem Civic Center, the door handle on my new motorhome fell off in my hands. This was our first outing with this unit. David was referred to us by Tonies RV and showed up promptly. He could not get the parts in time to fix the front door, but luckily this MH has a back door that we could use. David also realized that the rear axle seals were leaking and called in Brown & Sons Truck Repair to help.
