If there’s ever a concern or maintenance issue, she handles it promptly and efficiently. It’s reassuring to know you have a manager who truly stays on top of things and is always willing to help when needed.
I have been a resident in Blue Ridge Estates, Montgomery, AL since 11/10/2019. I sold my brick-and-mortar home 09/30/2019 and bought a mobile home in preparation for retirement and no mortgage payments. Living in Blue Ridge Estates has provided a safe environment for its residents and I believe that is due to the dedication of the Property Manager, Sarah Kelley.
