Luckily, I have never had to be transported with Blue Ridge transport, but I am leaving this review because right now at 9:17 am December 9, one van traveling from Blue Ridge towards Ellijay is a very aggressive and rude driver. I got in the left turning lane because I had to turn. It’s pouring down rain so I’m not gonna drive over 50. Your driver got mad and decided to honk their horn and speed around me. Thank You Blue Ridge Medical Transport for taking care of me on 2 different occasions. I've had the pleasure of meeting 4 of the finest EMT'S. I especially want to Thank CHRIS (EMT) for his professionalism, kindness and for making me smile all the way into the ER ! Doesn't get any better than that! Laughter IS THE BEST MEDICINE
I had to call Ryan twice during the holiday weekend and cancel one of those times. His drivers were early each time and they did a good job transporting my father-in-law. Thanks Ryan and his drivers. I'll definitely use you guys again
Our sincere appreciation to Michael and Lindsey for their compassionate care in the transport of my wife from Fannin Regional to our home in Goose Island. They were not informed that there was a full flight of exterior stairs. Michael assessed the safest way to get her upstairs and went up and beyond to make it happen.
