Sat, woke up to a UTI so I went to the walk in clinic, have used them many times. I saw Tami Tran, FNP. She was great, antibiotics were prescribed and when I was asking about foods to counteract gut issues or immune system issues. She suggested Lifeway Kefir....perfect, probiotics and prebiotics. I eat yogurt everyday but this was even a better idea. I bought organic, unsweetened kefir, I drink a small glass with my pill. It has worked great. A common sense healthy idea. Thank you.
