I would give 0 stars if I could. The office staff are rude and do not care about the patients. The authorization protocol is ridiculous and the wait time is long, but since they do not care about the patients it is OK to have them wait for imaging. I love Dr Fernandez Schmidt but her staff are horrible. Don't bother sending the obligatory response about patient advocacy I have already called.
My experience with this office has been horrible. Everyone is very kind and friendly which is helps ease the pain if them not actually helping you. I've been getting infusions for my illness for years with no issues. Then I moved to NC and made the poor decision to pick this neurologist which was a huge mistake. Months to get insurance, days to get a PCP apt, months to get the neurologist apt. Being assured hes doing everything he can to get me my much needed medicine. Then apparently left the country for over a month, when ... read more
