I had an out patient procedure last week at the Blue Ridge Medical Center! All that I can say is that it was ONE AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I Felt like ROYALTY!! From the moment I walked in the door to the Moment I was discharged….. WOW! The CARE was truly Amazing!! The Check in Staff, The Team of Nurses who cared for me! 10 out of 10! Thank You Dr EFIRD! Megan and Travis are honestly amazing! I am so happy to have found this practice because of them. They listen, don’t judge, and truly care about every patient they take care of. They are the best doctors
Diagnosised me with hives while I was on vacation in the area. They didn't advise me to take cool showers and not use soap. After returning home, my regular doctor knew right away it was pityriasis rosea. After a few days of cool showers it started clearing up. Very disappointed that I spent 7 days of pure misery on vacation because of the lack of basic information. Second time I've used urgent care. Never again.
