They are the best doctors
Diagnosised me with hives while I was on vacation in the area. They didn't advise me to take cool showers and not use soap. After returning home, my regular doctor knew right away it was pityriasis rosea. After a few days of cool showers it started clearing up. Very disappointed that I spent 7 days of pure misery on vacation because of the lack of basic information. Second time I've used urgent care. Never again.
Visited with a new family practitioner from the Blue Ridge Medical Group today. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, and, a few minutes later, attended to by a very professional assistant. A few minutes after that, my PA, Travis, came in to discuss the reason for my visit. He listened patiently and showed empathy & interest in what was happening recently with my health.
