Wouldn't give me a referral for a condition I've had for years and was struggling with. Also trouble with billing through my insurance even though I have them all the information. Not impressed.
This place has become a joke I no longer go nor do my children but my mother has always went and doesn’t want to change….i manage her care. Trying to get ahold of anyone in their office is impossible. Just call center nonsense. And I feel their care is inadequate and not compassionate. Mission and then HCA have ruined this practice most decent drs left. My advice would be to look elsewhere for care.

Find a doctor elsewhere! My wife and I had our first child and hoped to get our medical care locally here at the blue ridge medical Center. Our newborn struggled to feed early in life and his nurse practitioner gave us no guidance. Did not refer us anywhere and said she didn’t know any lactation consultants. Instead she told my wife to just use formula which she was clear she wanted to avoid.
