Moved to the area and tried setting up a new patient appointment. Filled out gobs of paperwork online in preparation. After submission it says they'll call within a week to book the appointment. After a week I called the office when I didn't hear back. I was told they were working on the online submissions right now and I should hear from them in a day or two. After another week I've gone with another office. If they can't handle accepting a new patient, I don't trust them with my health!
THE WORST OF THE WORST
I've waited MONTHS for an appointment just to have it canceled DAYS before because the front desk lady named Sarah, had randomly decided on her own terms that I could not turn in the patient packet prior to my appointment the day of. Even though I was given explicit instructions that I could when I made this appointment months prior.
