Wonderful car wash and the owners care a lot about their customers
Pretty sure my car came out dirtier than when I went in. Waste of money. To think I thought about signing up for the monthly deal. Asked for a refund and they offered 2 free washes with a month expiration. Wasn't able to get over there before they expired and basically got a too bad email response. Poor experience followed up with poor customer service.
Well this WAS my favorite car wash with the absolute best cleaning of my car and close to work so I figured if I pay for a month at $35 it won't be so bad. The machine gave no indication it was working and double charged me without giving me a code for the month. Figured it didn't read so I put it in for the regular wash and that didn't work either.
