Awful wash - waste of money. I purchased a month of the highest cost wash and ran my truck through it yesterday, 2 times. First time on the right side wash bay then when I got to my destination 10 minutes down the road and saw how bad the truck looked- like it had not even been washed - I thought maybe there was a problem with the right side bay so a few hours later I went back and ran through the left side bay. This family business is rare in this day and age – folks who are industrious, hard-working, kind and generous to a fault. Andrew went above and beyond – in the sweltering heat – to accommodate my needs. He spends a lot of time on site, making sure the needs of their customers are met on the spot. These *wizards* are investing in their product in every way, both with hands-on care and bringing their equipment up-to-date. Just got the top of the line $16 touchless car wash today and best believe, I won't do it again. My expectations for touchless isn't that high - I understand there's not elbow grease or brushes involved but that doesn't explain why I rolled out and my car still looks dusty. Don't even get me started on the dryer that just blew water in different directions without actually drying. Keep looking for a proper car wash.
Wash did the bare minimum. There was dirt, road debris and bugs still on the front end after wash. Dryer was essentially worthless as well. Had to even get out to wipe excess water off windows to see. Definitely would NOT recommend.
Andrew the employee at Hendersonville rd location was something I didnt expect he was knowledgeable remembered my name and ask me how was your experience and then ask me if I had any suggestions. I am 64 years old I drive by 8 car washes to come here Canton to this location.
