Well this WAS my favorite car wash with the absolute best cleaning of my car and close to work so I figured if I pay for a month at $35 it won't be so bad. The machine gave no indication it was working and double charged me without giving me a code for the month. Figured it didn't read so I put it in for the regular wash and that didn't work either. Pretty sure my cat came out dirtier than when I went in. Waste of money. To think I thought about signing up for the monthly deal.
Awful wash - waste of money. I purchased a month of the highest cost wash and ran my truck through it yesterday, 2 times. First time on the right side wash bay then when I got to my destination 10 minutes down the road and saw how bad the truck looked- like it had not even been washed - I thought maybe there was a problem with the right side bay so a few hours later I went back and ran through the left side bay. Andrew went above and beyond – in the sweltering heat – to accommodate my needs. He spends a lot of time on site, making sure the needs of their customers are met on the spot.
