I have been doing their kick boxing classes for a few months now and I love the family atmosphere. The owner Alana worked with me when I signed up it made the process of joining easier, she walked me through everything so that I knew what to expect. When I reached out to talk to her about having a health issue that I need to deal with , she was understanding of my situation. They are very kind , and relaxed. I’ve been a member of Blue Ridge Kickboxing for over a year now and am SO thankful that it is a part of our community. The staff is very friendly and have always been helpful and patient when I as an exercise newbie need help with new techniques or activities. I’ve also appreciated that the gym is always clean and sanitized and they comply with local orders and wisdom regarding COVID safety.
