Absolute trash. I’d give ZERO stars if I could. My family member is often not checked on unless we call. She often has bruising, there were cuts on her head and they did NOTHING to help her. We are at a loss how to move forward, get her the help she needs, and be heard about her care instead of “there’s nothing we can do”. It’s a cop out.
