This review does not reflect on this company but instead on Morgan Hinkle. She arrived to the hospital room a day after being contacted unannounced, instead of contacting me personally. Luckily, I happened to be in the room at the time. She was standoffish the minute she walked in. By that I mean she stepped in the room and wouldn't take another step. My Dad was in the hospital and the wonderful people at Blue Ridge Care asked if we would like to transfer him to their care. We said yes, and I'm so grateful we did. It was like night and day, the difference. He passed away that night.
Wonderful care, compassionate and loving kindness from exceptional staff. I cannot say enough about the care my ward recieved at the end of her life. She left this word with a peaceful smile on her face. My goal was accomplished only with the help of BRC. You all are amazing and the best!!
All the staff & volunteers are competent & kind. My family member is comfortable thanks to them.
