DISAPPOINTED!!!! I live in Los Angeles and I purchased a couple of their pillows from Costco about a year ago so I decided to purchase some more they're a little bit more expensive but I really like the pillows that I bought so I bought four of them I spent $75 they sent them ROLLED UP TIGHTLY and plastic! When I cut them out the plastic they were FLAT! The Corton inside was all broken up and the corners had no cotton in them!!... very disappointed in this company
My mother in law purchased a Blue Ridge comforter from Kohl's. I discovered that it was defective. It was shedding down with no visible tears. I contacted Blue Ridge and after filling out a form, they sent me a replacement that doesn't shed! A+ for customer service!
