The woman is very RUDE! I have talked to my insurance and they were willing to get me a new cushion for my bipap. I called and she REFUSES to attempt to bill my insurance. Demanding I pay $55 in cash.
They called me about oxygen for my mom and I had a question about open flames and the woman was rude and not helpful at all!! She doesn’t need to answer the phone and deal with the public!! I can see why my insurance doesn’t deal with them!!
The least patient centered service I have ever received. I was treated disrespectfully. Each time I was given direction regarding how to receive my replacement Cpap supplies I was tasked with another obstacle to overcome. The location also appears run down. Door always locked. I wonder why? Could it be the complete lack of quality customer service? It seems their highest priority is insurabpne reimbursement. The first time I went to this office I was told I could not pay out of pocket.
Exceptional care. Way beyond the typical company. Personal care from staff who personally delivered my equipment to me. I can't praise them enough.
