We have had Blue Ridge Heating and Cooling service our HVAC system for the last 5 or 6 years. During that time we have had a couple of breakdowns. Our unit is a little older. Its nice to have a person to call, especially like today when it is 90 degrees.Ian has always found a way to get us into his schedule. Very knowledgeable and affordable. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Heating and Cooling.
I give four stars all the time because everyone has room for improvement. Ian was here as scheduled to be for a service. He went above and beyond to make sure our units were cleaned and operational as should be. Update: Have to go back and give five stars after our ac went out on a Sunday durning the heatwave. Called Ian and he was there in a couple hours like he said. AC was fixed in no time.
Timely, honest, and professional. From initial contact to final install was seamless and well coordinated. Highly recommend!
