eric installed this two years ago and it never worked right since he has put it on. he says there is a small leak and has to put freon in every few weeks. now he won't answer the phone or fix the air. it's under warranty and everything. i don't know what else to do. sad.

In a world where everyone claims to offer great service, few at most, actually deliver. Bill and Reise came over very quickly to solve a problem I had and could not have handled it any better. Glad to have them added to my very short list of trusted companies to call.

This place is about taking the cheap way out. Had a humidifier installed had several other HVAC Specialists say It shouldn’t have been installed on the return. Also contacted the manufacturer they said that that was not recommended. And the customer service was no good!

I called after-hours and left a detailed voicemail. I immediately got a call back. Super responsive and friendly. Got an appointment and Eric came out next day and replaced the gas valve on my furnace. Fast, great attention to detail, friendly, and fair pricing. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Heating & Air!
