Absolutely horrible establishment. It’s honestly an embarrassment to anyone who runs a business. My wife has needed hearing aids for a while and finally was able to be approved through the division of rehab to get some but the only place they would work through was Blue Ridge. Well, we went for her first appointment and they said they would call when they came in but it would probably be 2 weeks after they sent the paperwork in… well 2 weeks went by and we didn’t hear anything. I don’t understand why people are giving low reviews because of the address not being right or Google/ YOUR GPS taking you to the wrong place? How in the world is that their fault?
I have benign positional vertigo. I have been going here for several years. This place has been a life savior for me when vertigo flares up. They are all very professional and friendly. They get the job done. They know what they are doing and they help me get back to “life”. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Balance and Hearing Clinic 100%.
