Front desk employees were horrible. One actually lied about helping someone with checkin link when she did not. Quick question: if you are dealing with mentally fragile patients and some who have ideology and active suicide thoughts why in the world would you use a skeleton hand to upon the check in window!!!!!!! Absolutely no professionalism! What MD and upper management would allow this and not consider it improper behavior! And when is the last time the check in process was evaluated? Overall a slow and inefficient office visit, tons of online forms and text messages, but doesn't seem to help the 1.5 hour long appointments for simple visits.
