Commenting on the dental practice. I got my teeth cleaned on 3/11 and finally got a notice from my insurance that the procedure wasn't covered. Really? Who ever coded it in all likelihood clicked on the wrong code. I called the office immediately and was given the billing lady to call. i called her 4 days in a row, left a detailed voicemail and NO callback! This is totally unacceptable. And not professional!
