Dr. A and his staff are kind and professional. The admin at the front desk welcomes me by name, which adds a special "welcome home" feel. I've had a great experience with regular cleanings, troubleshooting fillings and crowns, and discussing preventative options. Thank you for being my dental specialist for over 10 years!
The care that I received was excellent. The one thing was I was on time for my appointment, but you all were late taking me back I have a way to drive. I expect to be seen on time.
I have gone to BRFD since 2018 and I have always had a great experience. They treat their customers like family. Very clean and organized establishment.
I honestly cannot say I recommend this doctors office. They only open 4 out 5 days a week and are closed on Friday. The for the past 4 to 5 visits they CANNOT give me a true estimate. I always end up paying $200 to $300 or more per visit than the original estimated. They give you a low ball estimate. BEWARE. My prior dentist I never paid an additional fee because they could give me a correct estimate. Also, I feel as though they do not explain things very well and the dentist is not very thorough. Dr Al & his team are top notch!! I have had routine dental appointments for over 7 years at this location and I've always had an excellent experience as well as great tips & advice!! Highly recommended!
