I've had two appointments in the last 2 weeks a young girl by the name of La Toya.at the counter helped me out right from the beginning when I came up to the counter, she listened to me of what my problem was and made an appointment for me the following Monday which I was very happy to get with Dr Meade. La Toya was very helpful and her personality was a real Plus since I was not aware of all their procedures of what I had to go through she was very very helpful. Great experience all around. Dr Cabral is an expert and craftsman at what he does. The warm welcome from Latoya when I came in made me want to come back even though I don’t like getting dental work. She was transparent on all the information on my procedure and left out no details. Thank you Blue Ridge I will definitely be back for all my dental needs.
My wife and I were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door until we left. Thanks to all the front office staff, the dental assistants, and of course the very professional dentist I will no doubt return sometime in the future. Thank you again
Friendly place..As soon as you walked in you are greeted by first name & I was New Patient..I had Dr Hugo C , very nice & honest Doctor..very pleased and will continue my care here.
First trip was great,then came back and paid for the work done on 1 tooth ,they sent a bill for an extra tooth that was not worked on ,I know this because that tooth was pulled at another dentist out of town months before and it did not grow back to be charged for a crown .Not going back and not paying for the mystery crown .
