I can't say enough good things about the Blue Ridge Energy team. I woke up to a smell of propane and no heat. My propane tank was empty so I called Blue Ridge. The Customer Service arranged for a same day delivery and scheduled a technician to visit our home. The Tech called within a few minutes and arrived within the hour. They pressure checked our system and refilled our tank. It turns out that I had let the tank go empty and this caused the smell. Totally my fault. Customer service has greatly gone down ,over my dealings with them over Twenty eight years . The Electrical people are outstanding. But our dealings with the oil and propane providers hasn’t been good. Started charging for the tank , regardless of how much you use . Charge for automatic refill services now . Want propane , they told me 7 to 10 days . Don’t seem to care .
Very disappointed. In my opinion customer service is not a priority
