Love our new home in Westminster, but feel we are being subjected to unfair electricity pricing by BREC. It’s robbery!!! It’s unfair that a residential property cannot use electricity during their “peak hours” due to the $13/kw charge that could double or triple the bill. They are not even worth one star!! We will be selling our house and moving to a non-BREC location.
