Absolutely horrible!! The ladies in the office ignore your phone calls once they know who is calling. No help at all
Refuse to let me pay my bill.. Real smart ! You need to fix your website & you suck! I can’t wait to not deal with you anymore. Rude & unhelpful! Also dumb when I call, please hire ppl with brain cells. Also you are charging me way too much no one is there but it’s 10$ a day ? Nothing is on are you smart ? No you charge so much & no service & also your dumb ppl .
My power bill with Duke Energy used to be $40 or less. With this crooked company, it is at least $100 despite turning off most of my appliances during their so-called peak hours, which I believe is a huge scam. It should be a flat rate by default, just like with Duke. I also do not understand why I have to pay such a high $33 fee every month just because they pushed a switch from their end. Alyssa is awesome!!! She went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue I had with my recent bill. Due to a glitch in their system, I was accidentally charged twice what I should have. Thanks to Alyssa taking the initiative and time to research the issue, my bill was correctly adjusted. Great customer service!
