Y’all did a great job getting the power back on in two hours Friday evening thank y’all
I have never in my life dealt with so much unprofessional customer service. From the start the lady was rude that answered the phone. I told her I needed to request power to be put in our name for a new property we just bought. She hung up cause she didn’t want to do it and is ignoring every call I make back. All the other reviews about the customer service checks out. I don’t know how this lady hasn’t been fired yet.

Just got off the phone with them trying to help my mother get her power on and she was very rude to us. She was acting like we should already know how all this Works when my mother was just trying to get power in her name very rude and quiet would not even respond to us
