Awful passive aggressive customer service. Policys are not helpful to paying customers and their is no agreement to reason when deposits are taken and given back. The worst Utility company, hands down, I have ever dealt with. Hopefully the story will change. As they would want money for services rendered, which I have done for almost 2 years, I just want my deposit back...because it's my money. It is frustrating to hear the represenatives try to justify stealing.
