I am a patient with Dr. Emily Diggs for over a year. At first her team cared about my crohns. But it seems after my surgery for a bowel resection, they don’t seem to give a crap anymore. They’ve lost paperwork for me to get on some new medications and refuse to help me at all now. Very disappointed.
My husband has cirrhosis of the liver,nurse want return calls,refuse to give my husband a different medicine arguing it should work.I want let my husband die from the hands of a nurse.Also Dr was suppose to give a medicine and then wouldn't give it.No cat scan done.Ridiculous.ive got my husband going to a new Dr .,hopefully they can get him straightened out and feeling better.will never recommend any one here.Very very bad experience!!!
I see Emily Diggs and Dr. Krogel. They have always been awesome. I am so happy I have found them and they are my digestive care providers. When I went to an office in Hickory, I just felt like a number. At Blue Ridge Digestive Health, I feel like they treat me as a person, not a number. So thankful for Emily and Dr. Krogel!
