Don't go here if youre having a crisis obviously. Was told they dont accept walk-ins and then when I ask where could I go becausei need to talk to spmeone today, the woman says "I have no idea" thanks. I appreciate it.
Same issue as the other review. Setup an appointment, showed up 5 minutes early, doors were locked and lights were off. Got a voicemail from them with not so much as an "oopsie" for them missing the appointment. Got a second voicemail with someone named Debbie using that obvious 'I'm trying to sound professional, but can't' tone, essentially blaming me for the exchange. 2 stars because the salon on the ground floor was friendly.
