Best place to buy office equipment. Friendly staff and awesome service.
We are EXTREMELY happy with R J Young and the copier/scanner/fax machine service they provide. We have been a client for a long time. Shout out to Andy who just did a fantastic job servicing our machine. Setting up service was also a breeze, and the customer service folks have always been kind and prompt.
The representative promised that we would have access to live customer care representatives and yet, when we try to contact them, we are sent to voicemail and told they'll have someone call us when they're available. Their customer service is awful.
Our office has always used Blue Ridge Copier, but now that the business is under new management it is very challenging to get anyone to help with returning the copier or even assist with the leasing company Marlin Business Bank. I would beware of the terms of the lease because of them selling to other leasing companies, then being stuck with paying 600.00 plus to have the copier returned, not to Roanoke, but New Jersey. Will never deal with them again!
