Mr. Larry &Paula Headen at Halton Park Apartments are the Best!! Very Sufficient and Attentive
While living at Halton Park Apartments Mr. Larry has been a great, amazing, and incredibly asset to the apartment complex
They are scammers and want more money
I lived at their Edge of Concord Properties. Drug ridden hell hole. All you smell is weed and crack. People sleeping in the storage building lol. People sleeping in their cars in visitor spots. Broke down rat infested vehicles in spots. If you leave before your lease, do to your kids being scared, don’t worry they will still charge you. Wall leaked from rain and neighbors washer. Currently speaking to a lawyer to break my lease. Some of you won’t be that fortunate. Don’t pay 1500 for everyone else to deal drugs there. Top pa... read more
