Company has gone down hill since allowing a management company to take over their properties.
Almost 7 years ago my wife- Linda, Mom- Anne, and I moved into The Orchard Apartment Homes. Words can't express the joy and excitement of finding such an amazing place that had everything you would want compared to owning without the maintenance and responsibilities. Amenities like garden plots that were tilled yearly, a refreshing pool open all year, well maintained gas grills with tanks readily available when they were empty, beautifully maintained grounds, and a wonderful dog park with artificial turf. While living at Halton Park Apartments Mr. Larry has been a great, amazing, and incredibly asset to the apartment complex
