good people fair pricing
They installed the flooring in my whole house 11 years ago. We were very pleased. I have recently called and scheduled TWO appointments for them to come and smooth out some wrinkles in two areas. Both times ended in a NO SHOW and NO CALL! Apparently their customer service needs a lot of work!!!! I will not waste any more of my time or money with them!
