Don’t go here if you can’t immediately pay your bills. Tests were done, and they won’t give your tests results until after you pay your bill in full. They won’t even see you. So after all the tests were done, which were paid for by insurance, they won’t give the results because of money owed to their office. Tell me how that’s ethical?
I’ve been taking my father here since we moved to Culpeper 3 years ago. We have never had an issue until they have recently employed their Nurse Practitioner, the last two encounters after he was released from the hospital have been less than courteous. Our first encounter she had the gull to tell my father and I that we had no idea what we were talking about and that his symptoms were not important, although they were a concern when he was in the hospital and they can back after being discharged. Was treated with the best of care. The staff was very helpful and kind. The Dr was very thorough and got the best of care also.
