Great people here and all the physicians are so caring and friendly, I have been seeing them since 2022 and they have been nothing but awesome and efficient! Definitely wouldn't have went to any other treatment center, A big Thanks to all the staff, and Dr.Jones and Caroline Lynn for being so kind and caring throughout this journey!!! ❤I couldn't have done it without you all!!!!😊
N O one answers the phone!!!! Edit: I finally was able to move my complaint up the chain of ladder. The Mgr was very nice, said would address the issue at their next meeting. Now that could only be a line she fed me to appease me, only time will tell. We will see if reviews improve. That being said once I got my infusion, the experience was fine.
Dr Salvador is alright. Something wrong with the system @Blue Ridge Cancer center. Can't get my records released and phone number is always busy.
