Fast service and the staff are friendly and helpful
Your staff is amazing. When an out of towner (from Wilmington, NC) needs help, your staff dropped what they were doing to help. Huge shout out for helping me with a new screw for my seat post clamp (mine was stripped) and the alignment of my lower bracket. Your customer service is second to none! I highly recommend you shop and staff. I bought one of you shop jerseys last year and love it, I wear it all the time. Thank you again for the help!!

Blue Ridge Bicycles is awesome. I bought my first bike in over 20 years of not riding there. They steered me to a bike I was a bit unsure about, but their experience proved right. They have never steered me wrong. Today I brought my new (used) bike in to get checked out. Expecting to not see it for a couple days, and in a couple hours they had it ready. Blue Ridge has always been a great Bike Shop, I've been going there and shopping there since way back when it was called Blue Ridge Schwinn..
