COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST This was absolutely the worst experience at an auto service company of my life, took them 6 days to put on 4 tires. Apparently they had a tough time balancing the tires and I was finally told my rims were bad and needed to be replaced. After taking rims / tires to another dealer with a road pressure balance machine, tires were properly balanced and rims turned out to be perfectly fine.
