After eight years of many incidences of miscommunication, and confusion between my vet and two big box compounding pharmacies …. I stumbled upon this diamond in the rough!! Every employee I’ve conversed with is compassionate and concerned and sincere. And most of all, extraordinarily organized and that means a lot. I thoroughly appreciate the phone call conversations with the pharmacist, Graham about my kitty’s Phenobarbital. I have never felt so much at ease when reordering her meds. Much love, Carrie and my kitty Bambi.
Graham and his team are absolute pros at what they do. I always feel certain that I am getting the highest quality product, compounded with care, for the well-being of my loved one.
The compound was extremely expensive and every single one of the items I got was broken in half, so I'm supposed to accept poor quality medicine that's supposed to be put into my body, thanks so much. Staff was super nice, but not happy with meds. If I didn't absolutely need them, wouldn't have used them. After receiving an email from the pharmacist I was more then pleased with the results, not only did they fix the error they went above and beyond to do so. This was my second visit to Blue Ridge Apothecary and I noticed a difference in my 1st Rx vs. my 2nd. I called to question it and my concerns were immediately addressed. Graham was very helpful in explaining everything, fixing the problem and even offering a full refund that didnt request or expect. It is hard to find a place that stands behind their work and fixes the problem quickly.
