Very poor product knowledge when I went in to look at the DT Ram, which apparantly is a "Fifth Gen" by a lot of online reviews, salesmam couldn't answer me how the second generation of a Ram (following the DS) is a "Fifth Gen" by what people online are saying. Had no idea of the GCM, which I had to go online for. Given that you buy an American Ute to tow heavy weights, obviously I'd be looking at a Gooseneck, but apparantly Ram can't have one fitted, and fitting one could (and probably would) void warranty, despite being the... read more
